The problem
What Marine Growth Really Costs You
Soft growth
Grass, hydroids and algae. They add drag and lay the foundation for heavier growth to stick.
Hard growth
Barnacles and mussels. Dense and heavy, they add serious weight and drag to the hull.
The result if it is left on:
- Slower travel speeds
- Higher fuel consumption
- Higher operating costs on every voyage
Our equipment
The Piccard Triple Head Brush-Kart™
A full quiver of interchangeable brushes travels with the Brush-Kart to every job. We pick the right combination for the type and severity of fouling, so each hull gets a bespoke clean.
- Fully mobile and speed adjustable for any hull shape
- Name-brand equipment with original parts only
- Safety of your vessel and our divers comes first

Smooth sailing
Less drag and lower fuel use, with the hull ready for any class survey.
How often should a ship's hull be cleaned?
We recommend a hull cleaning every 6 months. Regular cleaning stops soft growth turning into heavy hard growth, keeps fuel use down and makes every cleaning quicker and cheaper.
Will hull cleaning damage our antifouling coating?
No. Our promise is to "Protect Your Coating". Brushes are chosen for your hull and the type of fouling, so we remove the growth while keeping coating loss to an absolute minimum.
Can you clean the hull before a class inspection?
Yes. Class may ask for a cleaning before an in-water survey so no critical areas are missed. We can clean and inspect in one visit while the ship stays afloat.
What kind of marine growth can you remove?
All of it, from soft growth like grass, hydroids and algae to hard growth like barnacles and mussels, however severe the fouling.
Where in Thailand do you work?
Our head office is next to Laem Chabang Port and we work nationwide, including Koh Si Chang, Sri Racha, Sattahip, Map Ta Phut, Rayong, Ranong, Phuket and Songkhla. We are available 24/7/365.
